Gradual Tan
Prepare your skin by shaving or waxing and exfoliating your body. Remember that a well-prepared skin will ensure a longer lasting tan.  We recommend The Tan Lab Micro-Exfoliant.

Apply Barrier Cream to dry areas such as ankles, knees and elbows.

Apply your Gradual Tan to your body as you would apply a body lotion. Use sparingly around the ankles, knees and elbows.  Although there is a small percentage of the active tanning ingredients in this product, it will be absorbed quicker and develop faster on drier areas of the body.

Remember to wash your hands after you have applied your Gradual Tan!

Apply a small amount of The Tan Lab Barrier Cream to one wrist and as you would rub a dot of perfume, rub your wrists together. This will ensure that the tanning ingredient in the product does not over process here once you have washed your hands.

The final step would be to apply a drop of your Gradual Tan to the top of one of your hands and rub the tops of your hands and fingers over each other until fully absorbed.

The Tan Lab Gradual Tan dries quickly as there is only a small percentage of the active tanning ingredients in the product, but it is still advisable to wear loose clothing in the early stages of development.

As all our products work on a two-phase development process, remember that your Gradual Tan will continue to develop and darken over a 24 hour period

Product can be applied daily until you reach your desired shade of bronze!  Light exfoliation between coats may be necessary.

Hydration Lotion

Sunless tanning products are known to be drying on the skin.  Our Hydration Lotion used daily will leave your skin irresistibly smooth and moisturized, prolonging the life of your beautiful tan.  Apply THE TAN LAB® Hydration Lotion generously to the body for a luminous glow and allow the exotic fragrance to linger.

WARING – This products does not contain sunscreen and will not protect your from the harmful effects of the sun.  THE TAN LAB® encourages sensible tanning.
